1. SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM is available on demand at Front Office and can also be downloaded from Click Here .
2. To avail the scholarship, student has to produce required documents as mentioned below within one month of course commencement or date of X / XII class result declaration (whichever is later) at our Corporate Office, Indra Vihar, Kota or at Chandigarh Center or at Ahmedabad Center.
3. Last date to submit scholarship application is :
   1. 30/09/2013 - For JEE, PRE-MEDICAL & PRE-NURTURE for Phase-I and II of Class VI, VII, VIII, IX & X Course Students.
   2. 31/10/2013 - For Phase-III of Class VI, VII, VIII, IX & X Course Students.

No application for scholarship, thereafter shall be accepted in any case.

4. Students for whom the X or XII Board Result is awaited at the time of Admission can also apply for scholarship at later stage with the below mentioned documents, if eligible.

For Scholarship : MS07, MS08, MS25, MS26

1. Photocopy of NEET-UG 2013 Admit Card along with Original Admit Card for verification.
2. Printout of NEET-UG 2013 Result published on website.

For Scholarship : TS21, ES08

1. Photocopy of JEE(Main) 2012 Admit Card along with Original Admit Card for verification.
2. Printout of JEE(Main) 2012 Result published on website.

For Scholarships : TS09, TS10, MS09, MS10, ES9, ES10, PS07

1. Photocopy of ALLEN I-Card (previous year) along with Original I-Card for verification.

1. No Document is required. This scholarship will be awarded on the basis of student's cumulative performance, conduct, attendance & discipline during the first year (Nurture Course).

For Scholarship TS16, TS17, TS18, TS19, MS16, MS17, MS18, MS19, ES16, ES17, ES18, ES19, PS03,PS06, PS08, PS09

1. Letter or Certificate issued by HBCSE, KVPY & Olympiad Foundations.

For Scholarship TS24, MS24, ES24, PS10

1. For Sibling

1. Scholarship will be awarded through Central Bank Pre-Paid ATM Card only.
2. For NURTURE Course (Classroom Contact Programme) student, the scholarship will be provided only in FIRST Academic Session. Regular fee shall be applicable during second year.
3. Scholarship TS01, TS02, TS03, TS04, TS05, TS06, TS23, MS01, MS02, MS03, MS04, MS05, MS06, MS23, ES01, ES02, ES03, ES04, ES05, ES06,ES23 are applicable for Board Result in current session(2013) only.
4. Scholarship TS14,TS15,MS14,MS15,ES14 & ES15 are applicable for NURTURE Course only.
5. Imp. : Scholarship amount will be awarded without service tax

Note : A student is eligible for only one scholarship at a time, no two criteria can be clubbed to avail scholarship (ASPS) at ALLEN.
